Notice- Adoption of Ordinances

PUBLIC NOTICE : 

ADOPTION of #2020-01 RECYCLING ORDINANCE

A revised Town of Draper Recycling Ordinance was adopted on December 14, 2020 at a Regular Board Meeting. The Ordinance updates the town’s previous recycling ordinance with current statutes, modern definitions of recyclable materials and current drop-off site and recycling policies. A full copy of the ordinance is posted on the Town of Draper website at townofdraperwi.gov, or may be viewed in person at the clerk’s office with an appointment upon request. 

 ADOPTION of #2020-02 TREASURE’S BOND ORDINANCE

An ordinance exempting the Town of Draper Treasurer from giving the bond required for tax collection and making the Town of Draper obligated to pay all state and county taxes owed to the county treasurer was adopted on December 14, 2020 at a Regular Board Meeting.
