Frederick Petition to Discontinue a Portion of Broadway Street in Exchange for  Permanent Deeded Easement

A resolution to discontinue approx. 213 feet at the end of Broadway in exchange for an extension of the Frederick easement to the dump parcel owned by the Town of Draper.

 

Ordinance #1-2023

Continuation of Business Ordinance

An Ordinance requiring grantees of “Class B” liquor license in the Town of Draper to be open for business a minimum of five consecutive days per license year.
