Reminder- Open Book & Board of Review

The 2021 Assessment Roll will be delivered to the Clerk’s office on Monday, May 24, 2021 and the assessors will be present from 12pm to 2pm on that day, at the Draper Town Hall, to answer your property tax questions. The book will be available in the Clerk’s office for public viewing- please call 715-266-2110 for an appointment if you would like to come in to examine it. This will be your tax bill in December 2021. If your assessment increased, a letter was already mailed out to you.

The 2021 Board of Review will convene for its first 2 hour meeting on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at the Draper Town Hall. The purpose of Board of Review is to hear objections to your property tax assessment- objections must be filed with the clerk before the Board convenes. Members of the Board of Review are the town board chair and supervisors, with the clerk and assessors present. The meeting follows a prescribed formal agenda, and is open to the public.
