Public Hearing for Campers on Vacant Land July 8, 5PM

Reminder- There is a public hearing scheduled at the Town Hall at 5PM Monday, July 8, 2019 to discuss Sawyer County zoning regulations regarding campers on vacant (unimproved) land. The Town of Draper is currently exercising Option 3 of Sawyer County Ordinance 6.73; we are in the process of drafting a Town ordinance that will involve an annual permit fee and other rules/regulations that will allow you to leave the camper year around. There are approximately 13 properties that have been identified in the Town of Draper who have campers on vacant land and are currently in violation of County Ordinance 6.73; if you are one of these property owners, you will want to attend this meeting. The County has the authority to enforce violations if requested by the Town- once this ordinance is passed, it will be enforced!
