DOG & CAT VACCINATION CLINIC

We are proud to announce that Dr Abby Stowell, Vet Techs Jillian and Jennifer,
and staff from Leading Edge Veterinary Services in Hayward are joining us this
year and administering vaccines.

The Following Vaccines Will Be Available:

DOGS—Rabies OR Parvo/Distemper combo

CATS—Rabies OR Pan/Leuk combo

ALL above vaccines are $15 EACH

MICROCHIPPING is available at a minimal fee w/FREE lifetime registration
(additional vaccines/microchipping will be available at this event-for more
information and pricing please contact Leading Edge at 715 934-9055)

Dogs and cats must be 4 months old to receive a rabies vaccine. Rabies
vaccinations are valid for 1 year unless you bring proof of previous rabies
vaccinations (with proof, you may get a 3 yr vac)
All other vaccinations are valid for 1 year

ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED & ALL CATS MUST BE IN CARRIERS
2019 County Dog License is required and can be purchased at clinic.
